Layering with Lulus.com

Hooray for December. I love everything about this month except for the bitter cold weather that comes along with it. I was looking up the weather for this week on my phone and we're going to hit the single digits and get some snow this week. I would be lying if I said I'm looking forward to it (;

However, winter fashion is always fun and I love layering. Lulu*s recently sent me this cozy over-sized cardigan and I love it! It feels like I'm wearing a warm blanket over my shoulders and I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it this winter. I was also sent this versatile tulip top, unfortunately you can't really see the details in any of the pictures above. It's so flattering, comfortable, and will go with so many things I already have in my wardrobe. I will do another outfit post sometime in the next couple of weeks so you guys can get a better look at it.

I've wanted a good pair of overalls for months now and finally snagged this pair from Forever 21. I like almost everything about them except that there is a distressed area right under the butt cheek. Am I the only one who thinks that is an odd place to have a distressed area? Anyway, I'm definitely going to add some patches to the inside of these sometime soon. I'm debating on whether I should stick to a solid print or do something fun.. what do you think?
