Once again, Courtney captured this outfit so wonderfully. Would you guys believe it if I told you I hiked in those booties? The things I do for photos I tell you (; Courtney and I were hoping to get to this specific location on the other side of Tibble Fork Reservoir but unfortunately didn't make it before the sun set. We are determined to find our way to it sometime in the near future though!
This scarf from Mimi's The Look is so cozy and perfect for this winter weather that just hit Utah. We had our first snowfall yesterday and I'm thinking this outfit will be the last of me with bare legs for a while. I wanted to style this scarf a little bit differently than just a basic fall look so I wore this black and white dress I thrifted at the Sugar House Uptown Cheapskate opening. This dress is a little short for my liking so I layering it with an A-line skirt from my sister Ti. One of the reasons I love having a younger sister is we swap clothes whenever we get sick of an item. Finished off the look with some of my favorite black accessories from Wallis.
Mimi's The Look is giving away a $50 gift card to one lucky Dearest Lou reader. Giveaway is open to all Dearest Lou readers now through November 20, 2014 @ 11:59PM EST.
