Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie

This week I made a delicious Sweet'N Low Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #SweetNLowStars.
Now that the holidays are over my body is in need of healthier food and drink options. I ended up overindulging and eating way too many sweets and fattening foods towards the end of last year (eek). I have been really working on cleaning up these bad eating habits I developed over the holidays and replacing bad choices with good ones. I really enjoy sweets and smoothies always are the perfect healthy alternative treat to curve my major sweet tooth.

I threw together this smoothie with ingredients I already had in my fridge and pantry and it turned out delicious. I added a bit of Sweet'N Low, my favorite zero calorie sweetener in order to make it extra sweet, just the way I like it (; Zaden and I seriously couldn't get enough of this smoothie and it was the perfect snack in between lunch and dinner yesterday.

  1. your little helper is adorable! we have got on the juice and smoothie wagon for january, some with more disasterous consequences than others, I find that if i stick to 50% spinach and then some fruit they taste OK, but I cant handle the ones with beetroot!
