This post is long overdue but I'm excited to finally share some of the photos from my modeling experience with Gowns By Pamela. With their new site and stunning new location in Lehi (just opened last week, more on that later) I couldn't think of a better time than now to share this amazing shoot. Sheer Portraiture did an amazing job photographing all of the gorgeous details of each of her dresses and was so much fun to work with. It was a girl party behind the scenes filled with chit-chat, goodies to eat, hair and makeup, and changing in and out of Pamela's gorgeous dresses.

Alyx, the talent behind Sheer Portraiture was very helpful and knowledgeable on posing ideas and helped capture my best angles. I felt at ease in front of the lens and got the hang of the posing for the catalog images for the site in no time. Something you guys may  not know about me is that I rented my dress from Gowns By Pamela for my big day back at the end of 2011.


After modeling for Pam earlier this year we have kept in touch and have become close friends. I expressed to her earlier this summer that I was having troubles finding a modest maid of honor dress and she offered to make me one. I loved the Coco + Kelly design that I modeled for the catalog shoot and Pam said it would make a lovely bridesmaid dress. Just to make it clear Pam doesn't offer or make bridesmaid dresses she just did this for me since we are close friends (;

I went into her new location in Lehi to do a final fitting and try on my dress. The new location is absolutely breathtaking! The photos I took below don't do it justice. Pam also snapped a few photos of me in the dress and I couldn't help but include a few below just so you guys could take a peek of it.
