The Perfect Denim Jumpsuit

I've been on the hunt for modest jumpsuits as of late, not only modest but ones I can actually nurse in. This jumpsuit from Goldies has been one of my favorites to wear this summer. I love the length and the wide legs! The wide legs provide a nice little breeze which is much needed in the summer. In order to style it to my modesty standards I styled it over a half tee. The half tee provides easy lifting access when Adrien needs to nurse so it's a win-win.

Back to School Made Easy with Signup.com

This post is sponsored by Signup.com. All opinions are my own.

I can hardly believe summer is nearly over and the new school year is just around the corner. Zaden will be attending another year of preschool and he is beyond excited.

I recently discovered Signup.com and it's been such a helpful tool for me when it comes to organizing events. I love that it's free, saves me a ton of time, and it's simple to use. I can access Signup.com from any device and sync my calendar and set reminders on my phone. I'm such a scatterbrain and being organized and getting simple reminders really makes all the difference. It has been my go-to application when organizing stylized photo shoots, potlucks, and play group activities with my friends this summer.

When organizing events that involve a group of people, it's so important to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows what they need to bring and when said event is taking place. In the past, I usually organized events in mass group texts which made it difficult to scroll up and remember everything that was being said among the group.

I love that Signup.com offers ideas for parents involved in the PTA. Class party ideas, fundraising ideas, and sign up sheets are just a few of the many great resources available! I know I will be using Sign Up even more now that Z is going back to school.

Perfect Pineapple Tote

Today I choose to be happy! Although I feel like I have an endless amount of work and things to do on my to-do list I can choose to be happy.

Life has been insanely busy since little A joined our family. I'm sure you have noticed the spurts of time I haven't posted on here. I'm really trying to "do it all" but also be present for my family. It's such a juggling act and I'm hoping I figure it out because when I'm excelling in one area another area gets hardly any attention. Do you ever feel like you're in the same boat?

Cappelli Straworld Inc. sent me this gorgeous tote to style earlier this summer. I'm just now getting around to sharing it on the blog but it's been a go-to this summer!  I love the pineapple print, neutral color, and that it's super spacious! It's been perfect for the splash pad, pool, or even as a diaper bag (I just insert my tote savvy and voila... instant diaper bag). I also love that it matches perfectly with my favorite birks (; You can get it over here for $33.75, such a steal for a statement tote.

Superyard Colorplay Review + Giveaway

Thanks North States for collaborating on this post. All opinions are my own.
Adrien is such a mischievous baby, ever since I can remember he has been extremely curious and looking for trouble. He is such a fast crawler and when he sets his eyes on something he is faster than lightening. He isn’t quite walking yet, but I know it will happen any day now. It’s pretty difficult keeping the house 100% baby proof and doing just about anything when Adrien is awake. We are always finding random small things in his mouth and he will pull himself up and climb just about anything.

A baby product that has made my life so much easier is the Superyard Colorplay! Whenever I’m cooking dinner, want to do a quick workout, garden, or simply get a little bit of work done during the day the Superyard Colorplay comes to the rescue!

The Superyard offers 18.5 feet of play space and gives me a peace of mind knowing Adrien has a safe place to play. I love that it’s versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors.They sell an extension kit that increases the play area to 34 feet! I’m thinking I may need the expansion for our yard or when we have multiple baby friends over for playdates (; The Superyard Colorplay is lightweight and assembling and disassembling is simple and quick which makes it easy to move from space to space.

I have teamed up with North States to giveaway a Superyard Colorplay to one lucky reader!

Comfortable Skechers and a Cute Top

My Outfit: Top || Jeans || Shoes
Z's Outfit: Top || Shorts || Shoes
A's Outfit: Romper || Crochet Lamb

Oh man has it been a while since I have updated this space. You know that duplex we applied for back in May? Well, we got it! I have absolutely adored living in Lehi so far and am excited for all the memories we will make here.

Our previous Skechers look was very casual and I got these shoes with the intention of wearing them for date nights and church. I love that Skechers offers a variety of shoes for different occasions.

Cecilia's Monarch's Blue Nights- First of all I need to mention that these wedges are INSANELY COMFORTABLE. I'm not one to choose fashion over comfort so if you ever see me in heels or wedges you know they are both cute and comfortable (; I also love that they are simple to put on!

Z's Lil Lad Taxen's- These shoes are comfortable, cute, and easy to put on. They have a memory foam insert and elastic fabric bands that give off the lace appearance without the hassle. These are perfect shoes for a semi-formal look and can be dressed down like Z is wearing them in the photos above.

Mama and Z Style: Comfy Casual Skechers

We have partnered with Skechers for this Mama and Z style post. This is look 1/2, we will be sharing look 2 some time next week so be sure to come back and check it out! This look is definitely on the casual side. I can totally see both Z and I wearing these Skechers on a regular basis.

Cecilia's Vaso-Bota Skechers: I love that these are super easy to put on. If a shoe has buckles or laces I'm less likely to choose them over zippers or slip on shoes.. any one else the same way? I tend to only buy tan shoes and was in need of a gray pair! I love these and although I styled them with jeans and a t-shirt you could totally style these with a dress for a sporty-chic look!

Z's Guzman-Seeperz Skechers: Z owns shoes very similar to these and they are his go to shoes. However, what I love about these ones versus the ones from Old Navy is the top web fabric strap! Zaden has super skinny feet and this extra strap for support makes all the difference for ensuring a perfect fit. Zaden says these shoes are "very cool" and I totally agree (;

PS For those of you who don't know, we are moving at the end of this month. We applied for a condo earlier this week and crossing our fingers that we get it! I'll either be hearing back from the landlord today or Monday.. wish us luck!

Owlet to The Rescue

Any other mamas have the hardest time leaving your baby alone to sleep in a room? Whether it’s naptime or bedtime,  I'm always worried about my little one's well being. I didn’t have any sort of monitor with my first baby (Zaden) and I remember checking up on him constantly even though his crib was literally touching our bed. I never left the room when he was napping and it made it really hard for me to get things done around the house. Fast forward to last year and my pregnancy with Adrien, I knew I needed something to help ease this mama’s anxiety.

That’s where the Owlet Baby Monitor came to the rescue! This my friends is something every mama needs. Owlet is designed to notify you if your baby’s heart rate or oxygen fall outside the preset zones. It has a pulse oximeter in the sock that syncs to the base station. The base station connects to your home internet and keeps track of their heart/respiration rate. The Owlet Smart Sock 2 is pretty amazing. The new innovated design offers an even more secure fit, can go on either foot, and comes in 3 different sizes.

I can’t begin to tell you how handy this comes and made it so easy especially those first couple weeks when Adrien spent a majority of his time sleeping. It’s been so nice being able to look on my app and see he is doing just fine when I’m in another room playing and taking care of big brother, working, or doing chores around the house. Knowing there is an extra set of eyes helping watch over Adrien has made the transition from 1 to 2 kids so much easier.

Basic Invite + Giveaway

How darling are these CUSTOM Thank You cards from Basic Invite? I was in need of a set of thank you cards for business and personal use and am so happy with how these turned out. I love that I was able to add my own personal touch to these invites.

Did you know that I custom chose the color for my invites? Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. How amazing is that? This feature alone sets Basic Invite apart from almost any other online stationery company!

Basic Invite allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their actual invitation to see exactly how it will print as well as the paper quality before placing an order. I was very confident in my design but it was nice knowing I had the option to order just one before placing a big order on something I might have not loved.

I love that Basic Invite provides peel and seal envelopes! It really makes all the difference, especially around the holidays when you are sending mass amounts of cards. They also offer 40 different colors of envelopes which makes your invitation stand out even before it is opened.

Oh and did you know that Basic Invite offers a FREE address collection service? All you need to do is share a link and Basic Invite will collect addresses and get free envelope printing. I definitely know where we will be doing our holiday cards this year (;

Graduation season is upon us! If you are a procrastinator like myself and are still in the market for graduation cards Basic Invite has your back. I absolutely love their customizable graduation invitations, there is surely something for every grad. If you didn't send graduation card invitations you can always send Thank You cards for those who went to the ceremony, gave you a gift, or were just there along the way cheering you on.
