I love him.

Monica had such a beautiful wedding held at the one and only Lake Tahoe. It was such a beautiful day, not a single cloud in the sky. I fell in love with her dress (mermaid cut is my personal favorite) and her ring is so pretty! Doesn't she look gorgeous? I'm extremely happy for her and Rey, they're such a cute couple. It was nice to spend the last couple of days with loved ones. Here are some of the pictures from her big day! I hope you enjoy them (:

I've been super busy with school, wedding plans, family events, and work this past week that I didn't have any time to blog. Hopefully I'll do better this week.. but we'll see ;P Daryl and I were looking at places to move in together over the holiday weekend and we found a couple of sweet options including a few small homes! I'm so excited, we have a couple of appointments when we get back in town.

Currently I'm at a hotel in Reno, Nevada with some of my favorite people (mama, Ti, and Daryl) finishing up this blog post before I head to bed. My cousin Monica is getting married tomorrow!!! I can't wait to see her, it's been way too long! The next couple days should be fun. I will be posting pictures from her big day sometime later this week.

22 days until I get to marry my best friend !

Tulle dress and mocassins

I got to spend some quality time with my dear friend Kandice today. We started out the day by meeting with the wedding planner and getting final details done for the wedding reception. I'm really pleased with everything we accomplished today and everything is coming along nicely! My cake is going to be so unique and I'm glad she understood my vision.. I can't wait!
After spending a few hours with her, we decided to get my flat tire checked out and instead of going straight there we somehow ended up in the parking lot of a thrift store and found some real gems! I can't wait to wear all my neat stuff.. I spent too much money but we developed a "relationship" with some of the pieces and just couldn't say no :P Thrifting is an addiction.. especially when you're a super bargain shopper/coupon-er like myself.
We then finally found our way to Big-O tires and froze are butts off while we took a few pics and spent some quality time together. I love this girl so much.

Scenes from my bridal showers

Tiana and Kandice did such a great job on planning my bridal shower(s). Kandice made all of the decorations pictured herself (she's insanely crafty) I mean look at those cookies, they look professionally done (; Dani and her mom made a lot of the food and it was amazing! Mimi and Karen made the yummiest cream puffs, who would have known that all of my good friends are amazing cooks?

All of the games we played were a hit and well planned out. I especially loved the one where Daryl "joined" us and the underwear designing one. I couldn't have asked for a better shower, I had an amazing time and I'm so thankful for my friends and family who took the time to come and celebrate with me.

I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Pretty dress and red boots

Dress: Thrifted, Tights: Gift, Leg Warmers: F21, Red Boots: Ross (4 years ago)
I haven't done an outfit post in a while.. so I decided I would do one today since the weather was nice! I got my  hair cut the other day and I'm digging it, I haven't had layers in F O R E V E R! My hair feels super smooth and silky (no dead ends!). Even though I've been extremely busy with homework and studying this week, Daryl and I still made time to go out for a couple of hours. I seem to do better in school when I make a little time here and there to do fun things. I'm currently not doing so hot in one of my classes, I'm hoping that will change after I take this next exam.

In other news, I'm SO EXCITED for my bridal shower(s) tomorrow! Tiana, Kandice, and Dani have spent a great deal of time planning them for me. I really appreciate all of the hard work they've put into organizing this for me, they're the best<3

Part 3: Birthday celebration w/ Dish/Double date

I didn't know that Kandice was going to come to the semi-surprise party Daryl threw for me on Friday so we planned on hanging out Saturday days in advance. I was awfully sick to my stomach Saturday morning but luckily I got better and we were able to hangout. We went shopping and got half of her bridesmaid outfit and spent the day just us girls (Kandice, Natalie, and I).
Later that evening the boys joined us and we went to Red Robin. The food was super delicious and it was definitely worth the 30 minute wait. Afterwards we went to their place and watched Bridesmaids, that movie is HILARIOUS.
After the movie, Daryl and I headed back to Orem and we went to hangout at my place for a bit. Hillary left me my birthday presents on my desk and I was super excited to see what was inside. Here are some pictures of the thoughtful presents/cards my lovely friends gave me.

Part 2: Birthday with friends

Friday was part 2 of my birthday celebrations. Danielle was very sweet and took me out to Sushi for lunch and she even had them sing to me and bring me some ice cream. She got me a F21 gift card so after lunch we decided to shop for a bit before heading down to Orem. Daryl threw me a "semi-surprise" party and we ate some delicious Asian cuisine. We also made smores and everyone sang happy birthday to me it was a lot of fun. The one thing that sucks about having a November birthday is that it's FREEZING outside so we had to keep going inside to keep warm. I had a lot of fun and I'm thankful for all of my close friends who came to celebrate my birthday with us!

Part 1: Birthday with family

I got to spend some quality time with my family on my birthday. We did the "Warner birthday tradition" which consists of going to Spaghetti Factory and eating cheesecake (however, on my birthday we get pumpkin pie since it's my all time favorite). I couldn't have asked for a better birthday! I love you guys!

Patriarchal Blessing

Today was a very special day, I got my Patriarchal blessing and it couldn't have been more perfect. I was baptized on November 6, 1999 so I figured that today would be the best day to get my blessing (exactly 12 years from that special day). I'm so glad I got to share the experience with my family and Daryl they mean the world to me.

..44 days until I get sealed to my best friend, time is surprisingly flying by.

The Big 20!

It's been such a great year I want to thank all of those who made my birthday memorable<3
I will be posting more pictures throughout the next couple of days since Ti got me a camera!
She's the best little sister in the world!
